Preventative Measures

• The photographer (Aldo Cos) has been fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. Proof provided upon request.
• Clients must be vaccinated/boosted and or have negative covid test within 2 days of the shoot.
• Shooting with all sliding doors and windows open to the outside.
• Limiting the number of people during shoot. Please plan to come alone (unless you need help from someone that would be considered essential). A make-up artist can be arranged if absolutely necessary.
• All surfaces in the studio will be sanitized after each session.

Pre-shoot Self Evaluation

I affirm that I have not displayed any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days:

• Fever or chills
• cough
• runny nose, nasal congestion or sneezing without other known cause
• sore throat
• difficulty breathing or swallowing
• unexplained fatigue
• headaches
• decrease (or loss) of sense of taste or smell
• i understand that ARC Photography has implemented measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19

Assumption of Risk

ARC Photography has put safety precautions into effect in order to help diminish the spread of COVID-19 in order to protect employees and clients during our photoshoot sessions.

By scheduling with us, you agree to the following terms:

• I voluntarily agree to take on all risks associated with partaking in a photoshoot session with respect to exposure to COVID-19
• I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless ARC Photography. all owners and employees from all claims relating to my involvement in a photo session.
• I also agree to alert ARC Photography if I do display any symptoms corresponding to COVID-19 within 14 days of the shoot.
